Which brand is rated the best in electric shavers? I'm looking to purchase a very good electric shaver. Do you know which brand and or model is the best? |

What's the Best Electric Shaver for Closest Shave? What are the top 3 best models of men's electric shavers that money can buy? |
| Norelco and Remington are the top sellers. Norelco is easiest on the skin, but takes longer to shave with. |
What type of rechargeable electric shavers are the best? I want to buy an electric razor for a Christmas gift. What type is the best, the ones with the straight heads, or the ones with the rotating round heads? I have no idea |
| You may want to look at various types of shavers available in the market . For more information on shavers , do visit 88db website |
What is the best electric shaver? I'm about to be 18 and for christmas I'm asking for an electric razor that will last me a while (looking into braun or phillips). I mostly grow hair on my neck and was wondering what the best shaver is for dealing with the neck beard and that minimizes red bumps afterwords. |
Try the new Braun series number 7.They are a little bit pricey but well worth the money.Cheaper to buy online though from Amazon.

What are the best electric shavers for sensitive skin out there? I'm tired of shaving with a blade. My chin/neck area seems to break out everytime I shave and it sucks.Any recommendations on electric shavers? Which ones work better around the neck area? Rotary or foil shavers? I've heard that the 3 rotary blade system is best.My main concern is the chin/neck area.It always gets irritated because I have to go over the same spots several times and then it turns pimply and red.It looks like I'm a teenager with acne.HELP! |
I have had nothing but problems with shaving for my entire life. When I used a blade, I could not shave more often than every 2-3 days because it would just tear up my face and neck. I've tried all the different razors with 2-3-4 blades. I've tried shaving before I wash my face, in the shower, after I wash my face. I've tried a variety of pre-shave oils and other products. I have never been able to have a consistently comfortable shave using a blade.
I've also used a number of different shavers with mixed results. The Norelco that squirts the lotion or gel worked ok - especially in the shower. I hated the Remington foil shavers I tried.
For a little over 2 years I've been using a Braun shaver and that does pretty well for me. I'm not suggesting it's been a revelation and now I love shaving. But it's been the most consistently comfortable and good shave I've ever had. The link below is to the shaver I have.

What is the best electric shaver for men ? I've been having a wet shave with a razor. I want to try an electric one because I like keeping my beard short and nice.
I'm split between to things though. Razors that have got 3 rotating things or one that is like a normal long one (like a Braun shaver).
What is the best ? The differences ? Disadvantages and advantages ?
Thanks. |
It depends on your preferences. Some men prefer the rotary shaver (three heads with blades that turn in a circular motion) while other prefer the foil shaver (single strips of metal covered in a layer of foil).
This website will give you the advantages and disadvantages of each and gives reviews for the best shaver. It helped me make up my mind what one sort to get for my son this christmas. |
What is the best electric shaver to buy? I want to get my husband an electric shaver as one of his gifts for Christmas. Anyone know which one is best. I would like to stay under 100.00. Thanks. |

What is the best electric shaver in the world and who makes it? I own a pretty basic Philips model myself, but I know Braun and Remington make electric shavers too, I want to upgrade, so what brand and /or model would you suggest? |
| I had Phillips rotary all my adult life and thought them great, until I purchased a Remington six months ago. Whilst I would suggest you consider one thing, before changing your model.. If you use a foil shaver at the moment, buy another foil, as your beard can take weeks for it to adjust to the Rotary shaver, and vise-versa. Also, I did originally purchase a Remington foil, to see the difference, and it was less than useless. After I contacted Remington, they replaced the foil, for a rotary model, which I normally used and it is fantastic, (without any fuss or cost) |
What is the best electric foil shaver? I currently use a Fusion ProGlide Razor by Gillette but I am looking to enter into the electric shaver market because I don't wanna spend 20 dollars everytime I need a new blade. That being said, what is the best foil shaver that would give me a shave as close to the Gillette Fusion? Is it possible to have an electric razor that doesn't leave behind stubble? I am willing to spend anywhere up to $125-150... Thanks! |
go for the panasonics.
they have the best shavers on the market and the top of the range models will give u the closeness of the manual razors. however, you will need to spend abit more than ur given budget in the question. however in the long run, it is worth it. because it will save u loads of $$ from purchasing replacement blades. |
Which one is the best electric shaver? I am planning to buy an electric shaver either from Philips (rotary) or Braun (foil). I have no info over both of their performances. Is the Philips arcitec system performs better than the Braun pulsonic while shaving thick haired skin? What do you think would be the best for a close-shave?
One more thing: have any of you have any bad experiences with the noise of the shaver at all?
|
| I wouldnt use an electric system at all if you have thick hairs. I used a phillips type and the blades went blunt rather quickly, cost the earth to replace and irritates my skin when i use it. Old fashioned blades do the job better. |
